MRI is the acronym for Magnetic Resonance Imaging and is the process of examining organs, tissues and skeletal systems in a non-invasive way. Unlike X-rays and CT scans, MRI scans use radiation at a frequency that is not harmful to the body. It is a big ring-shaped piece of equipment that moves the patient into a supine position. The technology then employs the intrinsic magnetic properties of the human body to generate detailed images of body sections. The Radiologist does the scanning and watches it through an MRI-compatible screen adjacent to it. However, before starting the process, there are certain precautions to be taken which are mandatory to avoid hazardous situations. Here we have collected and put together some safety precautions regarding "what you shouldn't wear while having an MRI scan."  What is fmri visual system ? Clinically, functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) is used to map the visual cortex before brain surgery or other invasive therapies
